At the moment, orders can only be placed within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Orders from other countries will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.

For orders under CHF 40, we have to charge our customers a one-time packaging and shipping fee so that we can offer you our products as cheaply as possible.

Your order will be processed within 24 hours and handed over to the Swiss Post. The post office itself needs about 4-5 working days for B-Post and 1-2 working days for A-Post.


Orders on Friday after 10:00 a.m. We can hand over the packages to the post office on Friday until 10:00 a.m., after which they will remain until Monday. According to our post office in Subingen SO.

By A-Post:

For delivery to the location of your choice within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we charge you a one-off amount (see table above) for packaging and postage. If our delivery is made in several partial shipments, you will of course only pay this amount once.

Return of goods and warranty

When ANjAS-SHOP hands over the packages to the Swiss Post, the transport risks of the ordered goods are transferred to the buyer. ANjAS-SHOP always makes every effort to package the goods well and safely. Furthermore, all of our products undergo a quality control before we pack and ship the goods.

ANjAS-SHOP assumes no liability for loss or theft of the shipment during transport or for theft from the mailbox compartment. Claims for cancellation of the contract or for a reduction in the purchase price are excluded.

Orders under CHF 8.- cause us significant additional costs. In order to actively counteract this problem, we cannot ship orders with a value of less than CHF 8.- (excluding shipping costs). This is the only way we can continue to offer you the best Swiss prices and ensure our profitability. Thank you for your understanding.

At ANjAS-SHOP you can create your own discount using our tiered pricing. The more you buy of one item, the higher your discount will be. You will be amazed at how much money you can save. If the tiered pricing function is missing for your desired product, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to make you an offer.

If you have purchased large quantities and only return some products, we will charge you the price per unit. We ask for your understanding.

Your order will be delivered directly to your desired address, or of course to any location of your choice in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Please enter your delivery address on the order form. Of course, this does not incur any additional costs and you only pay the shipping costs once.

It can happen that colors are displayed with minor deviations during photography, digitization or on the home screen. For this reason, we ask for your understanding if slight color differences arise between the product photo and the ordered product. You are of course entitled to make use of our 14-day right of return. In order to eliminate these errors as best as possible, we ask you to indicate this error when returning the product.
