If you do not like the product you ordered, you can return it to us within 14 days and request your money back. Please note our exceptions (point: 1.3).
1.1 How do I proceed with my return?
Fill out the return form on the back of the delivery note and send the goods back to us with your delivery note to the address below.
1.2 You can also make your return via your account
If you wish, you can also make your return via your account. Log in to your account in our shop. Go to "Your account" and click on "Your order history". Click on the order you are concerned with. Scroll down to the order overview. Check the box for all the products you want to return. Write the reason in the text field. Then click on the "SUBMIT RETURN" button. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
1.3 Which products are excluded from the right of return?
- • Mystery boxes
- • Heavily reduced products over 40% such as clearance items
- • Opened puzzles and used balloons
- • Goods that are incomplete or whose original packaging is missing or damaged
- • Dirty, used or damaged items
- • Special orders and larger quantities upon customer request
Do not send us any products that are excluded from return without asking. Otherwise we cannot accept the goods. In these cases the invoice amount remains due.
1.4 The costs for return
The costs and shipping risk for the return shipment are borne by the buyer. Our prices are so low that these costs are not included in the price. We thank you for your understanding.
2.1 Your money will be transferred after receipt of the return
If you have a 14-day right of return, you can return the goods without being asked. Send the goods back to us. As soon as we have received your return, we will immediately transfer your money back to you (only the value of the goods, excluding shipping costs). Please note our return exceptions (point 1.3 under 14-day right of return).
2.2 Only the value of the goods will be refunded
We only refund the value of the goods, excluding shipping costs. For free delivery, we charge a processing and expense fee of CHF 4.60 (see point 3). This will be offset against your refund.
If you purchase on account, the old invoice will be cancelled. You will receive a new invoice by email or post with the current value of the goods and, if applicable, an expense allowance of CHF 4.60.
So that we can continue to offer our customers low prices, we have to charge the customer a processing and expense fee of CHF 4.60 for returns on all orders with "free shipping". For orders with shipping costs, only the shipping costs are charged to the customer without the processing and expense surcharge. This is so that we can continue to remain competitive and offer you good prices and good service.
4.1 How do I proceed with warranty claims?
The invoice or delivery note you receive will serve as your guarantee certificate in the event of any complaints about the goods. Therefore, please keep your invoice or delivery note in a safe place so that you can present it if necessary.
If you have a warranty claim, please contact us via WhatsApp or email using the contact button (bottom left on our homepage) and send us a photo of the goods in advance. We will get back to you within 24 hours and discuss the next steps with you. Please do not send us any goods without asking. Otherwise we cannot accept the goods.
4.2 What rights do I have regarding warranty claims?
For warranty claims, you can choose from the following options:
- • Your money back
- • free exchange of goods
4.3 The following are excluded from the guarantee:
The guarantee is void if: the products are subjected to impacts, shocks, falls, collisions, pressure, heat, cold, liquids, dirt, dust, grime, mud and damage or if the customer attempts to repair them themselves.
Minor deviations from the guaranteed properties of the goods do not give rise to any warranty claim.
