orders
You can add the desired product using the “Add to cart” button and then click on the “Proceed to checkout” button.
You will then receive a summary of your order. If you agree, you can click the "Proceed to checkout" button.
You will then be asked to create an account. Fill in all required fields and enter a secure password with more than 6 characters. Press "Next".
You can then select the delivery service you require (A-Post or B-Post). Then click on “Continue” again.
Now you can select your desired payment method. You must also agree to our terms and conditions. Once you have selected everything, click on "Buy" to complete your purchase. If you click on the Visa, Mastercard, Twint, PostFinance and PayPal payment button, you will then be redirected to the page of our payment service provider. There you will be asked to enter your user name and password on the page or in your app (Twint) or a code. You can then complete your purchase.
We currently only accept orders from Switzerland or Lichtenstein. We cannot deliver to other countries, including or especially to countries in the EU, as our shop only complies with Swiss law.
ANjAS-SHOP is subject to Swiss law. Although Switzerland's data protection law has been closer to European data protection law since September 2023, there are still small deviations such as the so-called cookie pop-up, which is mandatory in the EU. In Switzerland, it is not yet necessary to use this technology. It is enough to put a link called "Data protection or cookie" on the homepage. For this reason and because it is annoying and the benefit is questionable, we consciously do not use this technology.
No. All orders must be placed via the online shop. This is the only way to pay for the desired goods by invoice, Twint, PostFinance, credit card or PayPal. Unfortunately, this is not possible by phone or email.
All A-Post orders placed Monday - Thursday before 10 a.m. are processed immediately and handed over to the Swiss Post. All other orders are processed within 24 hours and handed over to the post office. This does not apply to orders placed on weekends or public holidays. These are not sent until the next working day. The delivery speed depends on the shipping method (A-Post or B-Post).
It is currently not possible to track our packages because we send many goods via maxi letter. The post office only offers the tracking service for packages.

No. Our products can only be ordered through our online shop. ANjAS-SHOP does not have a store.

No, we closed our factory in 2015. In the first few years after the company was founded in 2012, we made the dream catchers ourselves. However, the effort and costs were too high to find customers for them. That is why we stopped the factory. We ask for your understanding.
No problem. Contact us using the "Contact" button at the bottom left. Write to us via WhatsApp, email or call us. We will be happy to organize the desired quantity for you. This usually takes 3 - 4 weeks.
Create an account
Yes. You cannot order from ANjAS-SHOP without an account. This is the only way to pay for the desired goods by invoice, Twint, PostFinance, credit card or PayPal. Unfortunately, this is not possible by phone or email.
Yes. There are no costs or obligation to purchase the account. The account is also not a subscription. It can be deactivated at any time.
Every company in Switzerland is required to retain commercial and tax documents for ten years. This is why we can only deactivate your account and not delete it. Please contact us (contact button bottom left) if you would like to deactivate your account.
No. ANjAS-SHOP has never and will never share or sell your personal data with third parties. We do not support this nonsense. Please read our privacy policy below under "Privacy and cookies".

You can shop in our store using the following payment methods:

At ANjAS-SHOP, all payment methods are free of charge for you. We cover the transaction fees. You can pay for your order conveniently, safely and easily using the payment methods listed below.
If you want to pay by invoice but receive the following error message: "Purchasing by invoice is not possible at the moment", you have been rejected by our partner MF Group / PowerPay. There can be several reasons for this.
- - no valid email address / or incorrect email addresses
- - creditworthiness
- - wrong address
- - other reasons
- - or B2B customers (see FAQ B2B customers cannot order by invoice)
In this case, we ask you to contact our payment service provider PowerPay (www.powerpay.ch) directly. ANjAS-SHOP has no access to your data, so unfortunately we cannot help you. Thank you for your understanding.

At the moment , "purchase on account" is deactivated for our B2B customers by our partner PowerPay. To get around this, you can register as a private person and enter your business name in the note or in the delivery address if you want to purchase on account. With all other payment options, you can easily purchase as a business customer. If you have any questions, you can contact us using the "Contact" button at the bottom left.

No. We have very few returns, which is why we don't have a return label yet. You can use any waterproof label for the return. Or write the address on a piece of paper and stick transparent tape over it. This makes the labels waterproof. That's completely sufficient and no additional and unnecessary waste is generated.
Yes. Our prices are calculated in such a way that these costs are not included in the price. In every online store with free returns, the return costs are included in the sales price. The advantage of this pricing is that returns are free for customers, but if you keep the goods, you have paid the return costs for nothing. That is why we have decided to price without return costs. This saves you a lot of money.
refunds of your money
We will refund your money. However, only the amount of the goods will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded. For free delivery, we charge an administration fee of CHF 4.60. The administration fee will be offset directly against the refund.

Your money will be transferred back to your account within 24 hours of receiving your return. Depending on the payment service provider, the transfer can take 1 or 2 working days. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Bank transfers are not possible on these days.

ANjAS-SHOP is a small Swiss family business based in Horriwil. We opened our online shop in Switzerland in 2012.
I, Anja, made a lot of dream catchers as a hobby. When our apartment was overcrowded, my husband came up with the idea of creating an online dream catcher shop. We have been around ever since. Unfortunately, the production costs and effort were too high, so the homemade dream catchers were too expensive. That's why we later imported the dream catchers from America and later from all over the world. Over time, we have steadily expanded our range with many great products and other categories. We will continue to do this in the future. That's why it's always worth visiting our shop. We look forward to seeing you.
