Order safely and conveniently in our online shop ANjAS-SHOP. Your ordered goods will be processed within 24 hours and handed over to the Swiss Post. The post office usually needs around 3-4 working days by B-Post or 1-2 working days by A-Post to send them to your home. It is not possible to send packages with the Swiss Post over the weekend.

When you place an order in our shop, our general terms and conditions apply and are accepted with every order. When you choose to purchase on account, you must also accept the general terms and conditions of our partner PowerPay.

Orders and deliveries are only possible within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Orders can only be placed by persons aged 18 or over who reside in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Customers under the age of 18 require the signature of their legal representative.

Orders under CHF 8.- (excluding shipping costs) are neither ecological nor economical and cause significant additional costs. In order to actively counteract this problem, we cannot ship orders below the minimum order value. This is the only way we can continue to offer you the best Swiss prices and ensure our profitability.

Tip: You can add a second product to your shopping cart to reach the minimum order value. Thank you for your understanding.

Prices: Our prices are constantly adjusted to current market fluctuations.

VAT: In Switzerland, sole proprietorships are exempt from VAT (Art. 10 para. 2 letters a and c and 14 para. 1 letters a and 3 VAT Act) if the turnover from taxable services (supplies of goods and/or services) is less than CHF 100,000 within a year. This currently applies to ANjAS-SHOP, which is why we do not charge or bill our customers any VAT.

They are valid for a limited time, cannot be combined and are not redeemable in cash.

At ANjAS-SHOP you can create your own discount using our tiered pricing. The more you buy of one item, the higher your discount will be. You will be amazed at how much money you can save. If the tiered pricing function is missing for your desired product, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to make you an offer.

If you have purchased large quantities and only return some products, we will charge you the price per unit. We ask for your understanding.

If you discover a product defect, contact us by email or WhatsApp. Describe the defect. We will explain the next steps to you. You can then send us the product with a description of the defect and the invoice or the guarantee confirmation to the address below:

In the event of a defect due to defective packages delivered by the post office, we ask you to send us a photo of the package and the products by email or WhatsApp so that we have proof for the post office (see "Disclaimer of liability in the event of theft and loss" below).

Write to us what you want. For example: a repair, a replacement product, or do you want your money back. If you want your money back, only the price of the product will be refunded. The costs for postage and packaging (shipping costs) remain payable.

It can happen that colors are displayed with minor deviations during photography, digitization or on the home screen. For this reason, we ask for your understanding if slight color differences arise between the product photo and the ordered product. You are of course entitled to make use of our 14-day right of return. In order to eliminate these errors as best as possible, we ask you to indicate this when returning the goods.

Your order will be delivered directly to your desired address, or of course to any location of your choice in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Please enter your delivery address on the order form. Of course, this does not incur any additional costs and you only pay the shipping costs once.

The risks of transport are transferred to the buyer when ANjAS-SHOP hands over the goods to the Swiss Post.

ANjAS-SHOP assumes no liability for loss or theft of the shipment during transport or for theft from the mailbox compartment. Claims for cancellation of the contract or for a reduction in the purchase price are excluded.

ANjAS-SHOP remains the owner of the goods until full payment has been made for the goods delivered. We reserve the right to reclaim the goods if they are not paid for. The resulting costs, as well as the sales price, postage and packaging, are borne by the debtor.

The place of performance and jurisdiction is the location of our company headquarters in Horriwil, Canton Solothurn. Swiss law applies.

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
